B2Broker is pleased to announce the launch of new pricing options for its popular products, B2Core, MarksMan, and B2Trader. Pricing packages have been adjusted, so they are now more affordable and accessible to a larger variety of clients. As a result of these changes, our company will be able to serve all our clients better.
Fee Changes
For customers of B2Trader, MarksMan, and B2Core, setup fees are no longer an issue: such fees are now waived for all three products. This is a big saving for customers since they previously would have paid $25,000 for B2Trader and $2,000 for MarksMan. Eliminating setup fees will facilitate clients’ access to these products while saving them money. Further, removing setup fees will simplify the transition from one product to another based on the needs of the customer. Both the customer and the provider company benefit in this scenario.
In an effort to eliminate setup fees for our customers, the service agreement has been revised. B2Trader, Marksman Liquidity Hub, and B2Core now require an up-front payment of three months for new clients. With this new fee model, we are able to provide innovative services to our clients while saving them a considerable amount of money.
Additionally, all AWS Invoice costs are covered by B2Broker for its B2Trader customers. The service will no longer require customers to pay separately for it. This change will enable our customers to manage their finances more effectively and save more money.
Changes in the Product
B2Trader’s packaging system has been reworked to make it more intuitive for clients. Currently, each of the packages comes with a full set of functionalities, and the difference between them is just the number of instruments and depth of the order book. Standard package is good if you need a minimum number of pairs and a simple order book. In contrast, 100 pairs and a 100×100 order book in the Enterprise package is best if you need to list many coins and tokens!
The MarksMan Liquidity Hub Advanced package has also been updated to remove the limit on the number of external liquidity providers that can be used. With the ability to connect to any number of external liquidity providers, clients could offer trading services confidently, knowing that they would receive the best possible prices on assets.
To provide better service to its customers, B2Core has implemented Customer Support Queues! Standard and Advanced packages include a regular Customer Queue, while Enterprise packages have their own queue. We have already informed all teams and are currently working on analyzing the requests that have been submitted. However, tasks related to Enterprise packages will be prioritized. Our ability to serve our customers will be considerably enhanced by the implementation of this new feature.
Furthermore, we removed all “coming soon” package features to be clearer about what’s available now and what is not. Consequently, features that aren’t included in a package won’t be available until they are added in the new update. The decisions our customers make will be more effective if we provide them with honest and transparent information.
We have updated all integrations in the system and added more features that provide you with a better representation of the functionality of the products. There is no doubt that these updates will enhance your experience and help you get the best out of our offerings.
Packages Pricing
Because setup fees are no longer charged for our flagship products (B2Trader, MarksMan, and B2Core), we have changed our pricing structure:
- For B2Core, the Standard package is $1,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $1,500 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $2,500 USD/month.
- For B2Trader, the Standard package is $6,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $8,000 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $10,000 USD/month.
- For MarksMan, the Standard package is $1,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $2,000 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $3,000 USD/month (plus Hedging Trade Volume).
The annual subscription can be a great option for additional savings since this option gives you three free months: instead of having to pay for 12 full months, you only pay for nine.
