Blocksafe Integrates with LISK, Announces Launch of ICO

Blocksafe is issuing a new token called “Trigger” (TRIG), which will be used as the primary token on the chain. As such, it will authenticate ownership of hardware and the transmission of information on the network without intervention from a third-party.

The issuance of the new token will be conducted by the Blocksafe Foundation and will be co-sponsored and exclusively facilitated on the Bittrex exchange. The 28-day crowd sale that will begin on September 8, at 11 AM EST.

In addition, LISK will be integrated into the main blockchain using the platform’s sidechain technology, and will delegate entry onto the main chain with the tech’s unique dapp master node system.

CEO, Kevin Barnes, elaborated on how Blocksafe would integrate with the LISK blockchain platform, saying:

“The mobile phones connected to the network pay a major role in this as the app will have wallet (containing LISK ) to be part of the determining factor of voting. Some smart device depending on 3rd parties (smart devices and how they are developed) may as well may be inclusive. Thus, the devices and phones will play a huge part in the growth of the machine-to-machine economy.”

According to Barnes, Blocksafe has been well received since its initial press release, saying that there has been a lot of support for the idea from both gun owners and crypto advocates. He also said that it is sometimes a difficult task helping non-crypto using gun owners understand the concept, but once they do get it they love it.
