Dogecoin (DOGE) Fails to Capitalize on DRC-20 Hype, Investors See More Potential in Sparklo (SPRK)

The world has been swept up by the wave of cryptocurrencies. Yet, the rapid complexities and changes in the crypto scene make it difficult for investors to know which project to invest in. Lately, Dogecoin (DOGE) has been hyped up over the launch of DRC-20 ordinals. However, due to a lack of bullish momentum to back up the hype, Dogecoin (DOGE) investors are beginning to buy into the Sparklo presale, which offers greater potential for massive gains.

New Sparklo (SPRK) investors spike as presale catches heat

Crypto investors are increasingly getting attracted to Sparklo because it is creating a new way to trade gold, silver, and platinum on the blockchain. The multi-trillion-dollar precious metals industry was largely restricted due to accessibility and high cost. However, with Sparklo, investors with as little as $100 can own fractional NFTs that are 100% backed by gold, silver, and platinum.

The Sparklo marketplace will also provide liquidity for traders to easily purchase and sell NFTs backed by precious metals. In addition, Sparklo will introduce its users to international jewelry stores that deal in these precious metals, giving them early access and discounts on their products. Built using the Ethereum blockchain, the Sparklo platform is secured by the latest infrastructure in the industry.

After completing its KYC verification performed by Block Audit, the Sparklo team has set an Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) session for June 5. Before then investors can continue buying the Sparklo token at $0.026 per $SPRK before its price increases to $0.03. Given its trajectory from the first phase of its presale, market analysts have projected that the price of Sparklo could rally by up to 5,000% within the first year of its launch.

DRC-2O ordinal hype fades, Dogecoin (DOGE) trades flat

Last week, the Dogecoin (DOGE) network recorded a spike in transaction volumes as DRC-20 ordinals debuted. Similar to ordinals on Bitcoin, the DRC-20 token standard introduced non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to the Dogecoin (DOGE) chain. However, despite Dogecoin (DOGE) transaction volume reaching multi-year highs, the price of the coin continues to trade flat.

In the last three weeks, the price of Dogecoin (DOGE) has been locked between $0.072 to $0.075. Despite a bullish crypto market today, the price of Dogecoin (DOGE) is down by 0.25% and now trades at $0.07294. This lack of price momentum for Dogecoin (DOGE) has fueled the move of investors to Sparklo.
