MBit Casino Launches Largest Ledger Wallet Giveaway in History

Ledger, in partnership with mBit Casino, will distribute hundreds of ledger wallets to customers between May 23 and June 7, 2016. This program is set to be “the largest distribution of Bitcoin hardware wallets to date.”

During the 15-day “Ledger Race” giveaway, mBit will distribute “hundreds” of hardware Ledger Wallets to “qualifying players.” According to the casino, players can qualify for the giveaway by registering an mBit account and accumulating “2 BTC in bets by placing wagers during the 15-day timeframe of the competition.” According to the casino, “Every single player who reaches the 2 BTC goal will be awarded a Ledger.”

The mBit team stresses how simple it is to reach the 2 BTC goal for a free Ledger Wallet. “To put in perspective just how feasible being awarded a Ledger Wallet is,” the casino says, “it only takes 250 spins of 0.008 BTC in the mBit casino to walk away a winner.”

Ledger Wallet has become a favorite in the Bitcoin industry for their hardware wallets. Offering several different physical wallets, Ledger provides a cold storage solution that Bitcoin users have been quite receptive towards.

This company is also no stranger to giveaways. In late 2015, Ledger Wallet partnered with Bitcoinist.net for two giveaways. In September, Ledger gave away three wallets to Bitcoinist readers. In December, they gave away a hardware wallet, as well as one Ledger Starter and a Ledger OTG.

Commenting on the magnitude of mBit’s giveaway, the casino’s VIP Player Manager Linda Murphy says, “If you look at the last two weeks, 250 Ledger Wallets would have been distributed if the competition was running.”

“Being that we expect an increase in site activity,” Murphy continues, “we are preparing to distribute well over 500 wallets by the time all is said and done.”
