World’s first Virtual Bitcoin Expo!
Bitcoinist did an write up about this a couple days, but if you missed it, here’s a quick recap. It is an event set to happen in 2015, but what makes it different from other Bitcoin events is that your able to access it via mobile and computers, remotely. Access to the Bitcoin expo via this way (even by low-bandwidth connections) is both possible and free. They are expecting 10,000 to visit by this way, and 3,000 in the physical. Miss Bitcoin
A project ran by Moran Shaked, Bitcoinist was able to get an exclusive interview with them. If you haven’t read it already, MIss Bitcoin is a project that aims at engaging women with this new technology, currency, concept, whatever you like to call Bitcoin. Moran says that when she went to conferences, it was predominantly male, and it’s probably a good idea to get the other 50% of the world in Bitcoin too. Read the interview here.
