The prolonged lull in the crypto market has done little to slow activity in a few corners of the industry.
One of them is the crypto poker sector, led by established blockchain-based operators such as CoinPoker.
Since the beginning of 2026, this top-tier platform has been a source of solace for many crypto poker players, keeping them entertained and incentivized through back-to-back high-stakes tournaments and lucrative promotions.

As of today, the full schedule hasn’t been released, but the announcement made so far confirmed that it will run from August 23 to September 28, 2026, in line with regional schedules to accommodate every player, regardless of location.
The overall prize pool and several key events have also been revealed.
Per the announcement, the five-week-long series will feature $50 million in total cash prizes, as well as 700 Medal Events, a $3,000,000 Main Event, and an additional $350,000 in rewards.
How CoinPoker Keeps Offsetting the Crypto Market Lull With Major Poker Festivals
In a fast-paced crypto poker scene where consistency is key to staying competitive, CoinPoker is leaving no stone unturned.

The upcoming championship, however, is shaping up to become the biggest ever, considering the magnitude of its prize pool.
The goal is to bring the world together to play for prestige and impressive cash rewards through schedules aligned with primetime in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
So, regardless of the location, players can join any of the GOPC tournaments at their convenience.

Major GOPC Events to Look Forward to
$215 CoinMillion GOPC Edition
Coincidentally, the September edition of the newly introduced monthly event, $215 CoinMillion will run during the GOPC, providing additional opportunities for players to compete for a share of $1 million.
There are also mid and low-stakes CoinMillion events scheduled for the same day, catering to individuals with more moderate bankrolls. They include the $55 CoinMillion and the $11 Mini CoinMillion, featuring guaranteed prize pools of $250,000 and $100,000, respectively.
That being said, long before the GOPC kicks off on August 23, CoinPoker will have rolled out 3-Bet Club, a premium membership program offering exclusive access to tournament discounts, priority support, boosted rewards, and other VIP benefits.
More Than 700 Medal Events
The GOPC comes packed with more than 700 medal events, each awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals to the top three finishers.
Gold winners, in particular, will receive physical awards alongside the digital versions in their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.
Each medal won in any of these tournaments contributes toward the Podium Race.
Three Main Events
The GOPC will stage three Main Events, each tailored to a different bankroll.
At the top of the lineup is the $530 Main Event, which carries the championship’s largest prize pool: $3,000,000.
Alongside the cash prizes, the top three finishers will receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.
Players can look forward to the Day 1 flights of this event every Sunday, from August 23rd, though there will be three more flights on other days to create more qualification routes to Day 2.
Per the announcement, Day 2 will take place on the last day of the series, September 28th at 17:30 UTC.
Next is the $55 Global Main, appealing to mid-stakes players looking to maximize their bankroll during the GOPC.
Across the Day 1 flights of this event, players will be battling for qualification into Day 2, where Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals as well as a share of the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool are up for grabs.
But that’s not all. Winners will also secure a place in the CoinPoker’s Hall of Champions, etching their names among previous tournament winners.
Day 1 flights will run daily, while Day 2 will be held on September 21st at 17:30 UTC.
Finally, there is the $11 Mini Main, featuring a $250,000 GTD. Day 1 flights will be available daily until September 21, when Day 2 gets underway.
$350,000 in Additional Prizes via GOPC Promotions and Leaderboard
Players will also be able to compete for $350,000 in additional rewards through Comeback Lanes, Ton Ten Leaderboards, and Podium Race.
The Comeback Lanes, for example, will offer $250,000 in crypto prizes to active players in the GOPC, even if they do not win.
$80,000 will be distributed through separate Top Ten Leaderboards for high, mid, and low-stakes events, giving players across every stake a chance to compete for a share of the prize pool based on their ten best tournament results.
The remaining $20,000 has been allocated to the Podium Race, where medal winners can compete for an additional share of the rewards.
