Solana’s (SOL) Value Takes The Hit Despite Hivemapper Collaboration
On November 10, 2023, Hivemapper, a company building a decentralized mapping network, announced a partnership with the Solana (SOL) blockchain. Through this strategic collaboration, Hivemapper aims to leverage the Solana (SOL) network to create a highly accurate and up-to-date world map.
This Solana news was well-received by the market, resulting in 49.61% increase in value. Between November 10 and 16, the price of Solana SOL crypto price rose from $45.44 to $67.99.
However, broader market volatility began impacting Solana’s price momentum. From November 16 to 23, the Solana SOL crypto price declined gradually from $67.99 down to $51.74, representing a 23.83% drop in its value.
Moreover, analysts further predict that if overall market conditions remain volatile, Solana’s (SOL) price will continue falling. They forecast the SOL crypto price could drop to around $48.67 by November 28.
Massive XRP (XRP) Transfer Sparks Crypto Market Concerns
On November 13, 2023, blockchain analysis firm IntoTheBlock reported a significant transfer of 447.5 million XRP tokens valued at approximately $296 million. This transfer occurred between several unidentified digital wallets.
The substantial movement of XRP disrupted its trading volume. XRP trading volume declined by 65.35% from $3.29 billion on November 6 to $1.14 billion on November 13.
As expected, this latest Ripple XRP news led to a 9.46% decrease in its value. Within 24 hours, the XRP crypto price fell from $0.74 to $0.67. XRP’s value continued declining in the subsequent days. Between November 13 and 22, the XRP crypto price dropped another 11.94% to reach $0.59.
Given this recent price action, analysts are forecasting further downside for XRP. They forecast that the XRP crypto price will drop to $0.55 by November 28.
