Hooman Motevalli is a businessman who has mastered the world of Blockchain Technology. Through careful analysis of the market so far, he has created a metaverse that will top his competitors. Here is what makes Motevalli stand out from the rest.
After gaining several years of experience in the tech industry, and being at the forefront of countless triumphant projects, Hooman Motevalli has successfully made the jump to Blockchain tech. Joining the Blockchain sector in 2017, Motevalli has since made a name for himself, and has now created his own DAO (decentralized autonomous organization)-Based Metaverse that is surpassing competitors in unimaginable ways.
For those who are unaware, a DAO-Based Metaverse is a third dimensional virtual world that is able to expand and grow by its users.
In regards to what is available to users today, Motevalli realized he could create a competitor that surpassed the current Blockchain Technology, and did so by analyzing the current ones available. In comparison to Web 3, which is the most common Blockchain Technology available to users right now, Motevalli took what is lacking from Web 3 and added it to his own metaverse for users to gain a new and improved experience.
Through their analysis, Motevalli recognized the pro’s and con’s, advantages and disadvantages, and capabilities of each Blockchain Technology on the market right now, and found a way to create a virtual third-dimensional city to release that would be a better version than what is offered currently. “We have been checking applications such as Sandbox and other decentralized top tier technologies, so we can really know the in’s and out’s of what works, and how to make everything better. Now, after several years, we have perfected a Virtual City to release, and we know what we can do to make it better,” Motevalli says.
Now, you might be wondering what makes Motevalli’s Blockchain Technology different from the rest.
He has done something different when compared to other Tech available. Rather than having a regular Metaverse and creating a community around it like what the Decentraland project has performed, he has done the opposite. He has created a DAO in which its communities and committees will decide what to build through Metaverse.
Once the voting process is finalized, for example building a virtual city, any infrastructure like mapping, districts, types of construction in each zone, and sales methods, will be decided through three levels of committees in the DAO.
But that is not the only way Motevalli differs from the rest. In addition to his carefully curated virtual city, he is working on three utility cases which include drinking water tanks, oxygen production by trees, and electricity generation through solar panels. Through this, they are able to create efficiency in existing utility operations.
Motevalli’s project owns 1.2 million white pine trees in Australia that are 100% real, not virtual. Because of infrastructure and utility cases, this will lead Motevalli to be in the top tier of Blockchain Technology. “When people are working with the trees or getting the trees on their lands, they are really showing that, regarding oxygen production, the utility case is working,” he says. “With Australia’s water service – which is, for example, near Sydney, access to rainwater is a drinkable service. It is considered better water than what we drink in other parts of the world. So because of this, we are working on utility cases that can be accessible to others.”
He believes that many other people and organizations will soon add their land to this project.
Prior to creating his DAO-Based Metaverse, Motevalli has experience in delivering other higher-level metaverse platforms to customers, in addition to NFT marketplaces – which inspired him to take his knowledge to create something larger.
However, becoming the leader Motevalli is today did not come without gaining the knowledge and expertise to get him there. Starting off as a licensed UEFA coach, he gained insight into how to work with several different minds at once, while leading a team at the same time. In addition to being the coach of several U18 Academy teams, Motevalli also has a university degree in the field of theater.
While reflecting on his work with various teams, Motevalli took what he learned from observing the interactions between his players and how they applied their behaviours to their game, and used it to create a leadership course called CCC, Convert Confusion to Clarity.
Just like the business world, Motevalli stresses the importance of knowing what is going on in people’s minds, whether business people or his own players. Understanding this concept will lessen the gap between your perception and your more profound understanding of the world around you. “What’s running them is their ego; they act a certain way towards each other, and then they have to switch their minds again to act respectfully in front of their head coach or manager,” he explains. “That’s the main reason why I enjoyed soccer and theater. It gave me an opportunity to learn the working ways of the mind but to still remember the idea that it is just a voice in your head.”
