CitaDAOlaunched the Genesis Introduction of Real Estate On-chain (IRO) on 8 March 2022, 00:00 UTC.IRO is the process where the community determines the Real Estate to be introduced and brought on chain. Community members participate in the IRO by committing their stablecoin to the IRO smart contract, and it will be locked up for the duration of the IRO.
The Genesis IRO features a heritage commercial building along the prime Queen Street in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales. The property is currently leased to a blue-chip global bank that provides a stable income stream.

Kickstarter event voting period will be 03:30 – 10:50 (UTC) on March 15th. The trading pair of Knight / USDT opens at 10:00 (UTC) March 16th. There is also a Knight Trading Competition starting from March 16th 10:00 – 19th, 15:00 (UTC).
