Today’s Bitcoin Technical Analysis
Bitcoin’s breakout from a falling wedge pattern last week has firmly set an uptrend in motion.
The token continues to push higher, posting a modest but meaningful 0.79% gain so far today.
Even better, $BTC has already established a solid short-term support level on the lower timeframes.
As shown in the image below, an upward-sloping trendline on the 15-minute chart is holding $BTC’s latest run-up firmly in place.
On top of that, all key exponential moving averages (EMAs) – the 20, 50, 100, and 200 – are now stacked in bullish order on these lower timeframes, providing yet another confirmation of Bitcoin’s rebound.
At the time of writing, Bitcoin’s immediate target is its most recent swing high of $113,391.61. Once the token successfully breaks this level, it will be in the best position to march toward its all-time highs.
BitMine’s Crypto Treasury Reaches $9B, Creating Positive Price Pressure for Bitcoin and Bitcoin Hyper

BitMine’s crypto reserves are now worth $9B, according to the company’s official reports.
The 2.069M Ethereum make up most of the assets, worth a total of $8.9B, which puts BitMine at the top of the list of companies with the largest Ethereum reserves.
BitMine follows Strategy’s crypto hoarding game plan, which saw Michael Saylor’s company accumulate 638,460 Bitcoins worth $71B.
The news comes amidst growing institutional adoption for crypto, with Bitcoin ranking as the hottest asset, especially with Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) coming to transform the ecosystem.

It’s a big win for Gemini, and could prime the pump for a much-needed surge. Somewhat surprisingly, Gemini’s core financial numbers were a bit lower than expected; the company reported a $282M loss in the first half of 2025.

Strategy and Metaplanet Buy $230M-Worth of Bitcoins, Fueling Bitcoin Hyper’s $14.6M Presale

Strategy and Metaplanet confirmed additional Bitcoin purchases totaling 2,091 $BTC for a combined investment of $230M.
Simon Gerovich announced Metaplanet’s investment first with 136 $BTC for around $15.2M, while Michael Saylor followed up the same day with his own official announcement.
Strategy bought 1,955 $BTC for the total investment of $214M, bringing the company’s Bitcoin reserves to 638,460 coins, valued at over $71B.
These acquisitions further solidify Strategy’s influence in the Bitcoin space, while Metaplanet strengthens its crypto presence in Asia, pushing the market in a bullish direction.

Ant Group Uses Blockchain for Rewewable Power Tracking, Fuelling Interest in Energy Efficient Solutions like $HYPER

The Jack Ma-backed Ant Group has been busily working away at onboarding millions of power assets onto the AntChain network, including wind turbines and solar panels.
Ant Digital Technologies intends to monitor these renewable assets using the blockchain and offer tokenized investments that allow investors to purchase fractional ownership of the infrastructure.
They’ve already helped Longshine Technology Group raise around 100M yuan to link 9K charging units to the AntChain, as well as 200M yuan for GCL Energy Technology to connect its solar assets.
While blockchain tech has traditionally been seen as having negative environmental impact, Ant’s strategy shows that there’s plenty of interest in eco-friendly crypto projects.

An advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Anton Kobyakov, has accused the United States of using cryptocurrency and gold to manage its massive $35T national debt.
Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum in Russia, Kobyakov claimed the U.S. is attempting to devalue its debt at the world’s expense. He suggested that the U.S. plans to move its debt into stablecoins, devalue them, and essentially ‘start from scratch.’ The release was translated by Russia Direct.

‘Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies like Ethereum are super sensitive to monetary policy,’ Lee said, emphasizing how lower interest rates historically inject liquidity and drive asset prices higher.
This bullish outlook has revived interest in Bitcoin-aligned projects, especially those offering real utility and faster upside.
