A new stablecoin payments company came out of stealth in Singapore with an acquisition already completed.
Anyflo unveiled itself at Sui Basecamp on Thursday, positioning the business as an orchestration layer for companies that want to use stablecoins without building the blockchain infrastructure themselves.
At the same time, Anyflo announced the acquisition of Native, a Sui ecosystem project.
The deal is structured as an acqui-hire, bringing the Native team into Anyflo rather than simply purchasing a standalone protocol.
Anyflo was incubated within Mysten Labs and is led by Lola Oyelayo-Pearson, a former Mysten general manager who previously worked on financial products at Shopify and Capital One.
That background gives a good indication of what the company is trying to build.
The target customer is not necessarily a crypto-native trader.
It is a business that wants stablecoin settlement, treasury or payment functionality but does not want to manage which blockchain a customer uses, where liquidity sits or how money should be routed between networks.
Anyflo wants to make those choices part of the infrastructure rather than part of the user experience.
The company describes itself as a multi-chain orchestration layer.
In practice, that means an enterprise can build a stablecoin payment flow while Anyflo handles the complexity underneath, including network selection, routing and access to liquidity.
The Native acquisition adds more Sui-specific expertise to that stack.
Native was recognized in the Sui developer ecosystem and worked on Bitcoin and lending-related infrastructure.
Financial terms for the acquisition were not disclosed.
Anyflo is entering private alpha this month, with production previews and liquidity onboarding planned as the product develops.
The launch arrives at a moment when stablecoins are becoming one of the few crypto sectors where enterprise demand is relatively easy to explain.
A business can use them to move dollars across borders, settle suppliers, hold digital cash or connect to on-chain markets.
The hard part is operational.
One stablecoin may exist across several networks. Customers can arrive with funds on different chains. Liquidity may be fragmented, and each jurisdiction can introduce its own compliance requirements.
Large companies generally do not want staff manually bridging assets to make that work.
The emerging stablecoin infrastructure market is therefore becoming less about issuing another dollar token and more about building the systems that decide how those dollars move.
Anyflo is entering that layer.
Its challenge will be proving that enterprises want a new orchestration provider rather than relying on existing payments companies, exchanges or banks to abstract the same complexity.
Coming out of stealth with an experienced team and an acquisition gives it a stronger starting point than most new infrastructure startups.
Now it needs transactions.
