Bitcoin Services
Bitcoin services are an essential aspect to the entire crypto industry. Usually they are provided by bitcoin exchanges which offer the ability to buy and sell digital assets using fiat currencies. These services are extended to wallets which the exchange manages for its clients. As part of its bitcoin service the crypto exchange will hold the private key while the client has the public key.
Bitcoin services may extend to crypto custody whereby the provider offers to store bitcoin securely offline for its clients. This is far safer than leaving it on an exchange though many offer secure asset funds in the event of a hack.
Bitcoinist only deals with the most reputable bitcoin service providers so that our readers can make the best decision on which ones to use. As the industry grows bitcoin services will expand to merchants and shops which will begin accepting BTC as it grows in popularity.
