Las Vegas-based blockchain start-up REcoin Group has announced that its ICO crowd sale will begin on August 7, 2017. REcoin Group founder and Industry guru Maksim Zaslavskiy has announced that the crowd sale process will be broken up into a pre-token sale and an ICO fundraising campaign.

REcoin cryptocurrency is designed for a broad range of financial transactions and is backed by the real estate held by the company’s 101REcoin Trust. The trust owns real estate in developed nations economies such as the USA, Canada, Japan, Great Britain and Switzerland. REcoin offers some unique technical measures, which are being managed, tracked and authenticated through blockchain technology.
REcoin’s international program developers and attorneys have been working together to finalize the company’s solutions for REcoin holders, to give them the chance to enter smart contracts in real estate rentals. In addition, they are developing the supporting eco-system and creating partnerships with various internet platforms.
Proceeds from the ICO will be invested in the highly regulated real estate market in all jurisdictions and help the holders and investors gain confidence in REcoin. The company has also stated that over the next 50 years, 83% of the coin mining will be invested right back into real estate.

The REcoin Initial Coin Offering and token pre-sale stage are scheduled to run from August 7, 2017, until October 7, 2017. The pre-sale of tokens is not limited, but the volume of tokens designated for sale at a discount will be limited.
