Leading players of the Cyprus cryptocurrency market will be brought together in Limassol that will host the conference dedicated to digital currencies and blockchain – Bitcoin & Blockchain Conference Cyprus. The event is aimed at providing the business community with answers related to decentralized technologies.

Smile-Expo, the event organizer, has held more than 15 blockchain and bitcoin conferences in Russia, Europe, and Central Asia. The conference in Limassol will be the first similar event organized in Cyprus. It will involve startups, investors, consulting companies, representatives of governmental structures, and experts from various European countries. The event will take place at the five-star Hilton Cyprus hotel.

One of few world’s universities allowing to get a master’s degree in digital currencies is located in Nicosia.
Despite such a beneficial environment, blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses cause a lot of questions in Cyprus: primarily, it refers to the legislative regulation of the industry and its nearest development prospects.
