Eticket4, an international p2p-marketplace for buying and selling tickets for sports, music, theater and other events to secondary market participants, announces the start of the ICO on March 5.
The first week of ICO will be able to buy tokens ET4 those investors who subscribed to the whitelist. In addition, anyone who enrolls in the whitelist before the start of the ICO gets a guaranteed 10% bonus.
ICO will last until March 30. Soft cap – 100 ETH, hard cap – 13 800 ETH, the maximum number of ET4 tokens – 30 million. The price of the token is fixed and equal to 1/1000 ETH. Tokens can be bought for ETH and BTC. Under the terms of the smart contract, all unsold tokens will be burned after the completion of the ICO.
The ET4 Token is a utility-token with which buyers can receive discounts on tickets up to 100%, sellers can access the expanded functionality of the analytical cabinet and conclude forward contracts, and event organizers through smart contracts regulate the secondary ticket market for their events, and receive a commission from secondary transactions.
Right now, the top managers of the Eticket4 are focused on the road show, which is held in different regions of the world. So, in mid-February, the company’s advisers attended a The Superbitcoin Conference in Dallas, USA, where they also had the opportunity to make a presentation to investors. On 26 and 27 February, CEO Daniel Kruchinin, along with the advisers, attended a professional Crypto Asset Conference in Frankfurt, Germany. In March, trips to Israel and Asia also are planned.
During 2018, the company plans to scale the platform to international markets. The first steps in this direction were made last year on the eve of the Confederations Cup, which took place in Russia: the p2p-marketplace Eticket4 earned in the CIS and Eastern Europe. To date, with the help of the platform, over 80,000 tickets have been sold for a total of over $ 2.3 million.
Recall that during the private sale and pre ICO, the company successfully closed the hard cap, selling 800 thousand Tokens ET4 (not counting bonuses).
